Terms of Service

1. What Desynq does

Desynq converts Figma screens into Flutter source code using a deterministic engine. You export a screen from the Desynq Figma plugin (or paste a payload), and we return generated Flutter code and a downloadable project.

2. Your content

The design data you send us (layout, text, colors, images) and the code we generate from it are yours. You keep all rights to your designs and to the generated output. We claim no ownership over either.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• send designs you do not have the right to use;
• abuse, overload, or attempt to break the service;
• resell the service as your own without permission.

4. Generated code — no warranty

The generated Flutter code is provided “as is”. It is a starting point: review, test, and adapt it before shipping. We do not guarantee it is bug-free, secure, or fit for any particular purpose, and we are not liable for how you use it.

5. Availability

Desynq runs on best-effort, free-tier infrastructure. We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. During the free period there are no uptime guarantees.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
